Camp Night 1

Camp Gilchrist.JPG

Camp Gilchrist

BRAND NEW LOCATION FOR 2025!  We are excited to announce that this year we have partnered with the Historic Gilchrist Resort in Gilchrist, Oregon to host our event on Wednesday night June 25th following stage 1.  The resort has miles of beautiful lawn for pitching tents and will help us to condense all of our camp activities and resources into a highly organized and easy to navigate foot print.  The resort sits on the banks of the Little Deschutes River and boasts amazing sunsets in the evening.  We can’t wait for everyone to experience this new location!

Nightly camp spots will be set up in a grassy location with hot showers and restrooms nearby. On mornings 2 and 4, you'll pack up your gear and drop it off for us to transport to the next spot.  When you finish for the day, you can pick up your gear from our transport trucks and get your camp set up.

Be sure to check out the VIP Camping service where we'll provide the tent and daily set-up and tear-down so you won't have the think about it before or after your ride.

Camp Oakridge

The perennial favorite of past Oregon Trail participants, Camp Oakridge has EVERYTHING!  Located on the banks of the Middle Fork of the Willamette River in Greenwaters Park, the camp location has a beach, swimming in the sparkling waters for the Willamette River, miles of lawn to pitch your tent, large douglas fir trees to provide afternoon shade an a cool spot to relax.  We will once again be staying two nights at this amazing location.  The park is located just a mile from downtown Oakridge in case you forgot your toothbrush or that ice-cream sandwich is calling your name.

Camp McKenzie

We are excited to once again partner with the McKenzie Community Track located in McKenzie, Oregon.  The beautiful track facilities look like something straight of the movie Field of Dreams as it is tucked amongst the Cascade Mountains and dense Willamette National Forest.  Plenty of shade, lawn, and space to spread out. Located just stone’s throw from the crystal-clear waters of the McKenzie River (perfect for soaking those sore tired legs) it is the perfect spot for the last night of camping.

SPONSORS

We couldn't do it without these great sponsors. Please thank them for their support and let them know you are a part of this event!
